Experienced teachers can get bored and set in their ways! They need professional updating and the chance to review their own well established approaches to teaching – and maybe training – to maintain their enthusiasm for the job and to relate confidently to their more recently qualified colleagues.  Following on from last year's focus on guidance for entrants to TESOL, this year the QuiTE  seminar focuses on the professional development of experienced teachers.
